Instructions

Step 1
Heat up chocolate and oil in a pan on low.
Step 2
Mix eggs, flour and sugar in a bowl. Add to chocolate mixture (wait until it's cooled down). Optional: to make these chocolate orange flavour, add juice (should be 1/2 a cup) and zest of 1 orange, plus 2 more tablespoons flour and 1 tablespoon cornflour.
Step 3
Grease ramekins/ cupcake moulds with a bit of oil.
Step 4
Pour mixture into ramekins or cupcake moulds.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180c.
Step 6
Note to self: if using Milk oven needs about 20 mins. Meat oven is much stronger so needs about 10 mins or less - watch carefully.
