For the salad
Instructions
Step 1
Drain and roast your chickpeas until crispy, with whatever seasoning you like
Step 2
Cut the kale leaves from the stalk (don’t eat the stems) and further chop into smaller pieces
Step 3
Make your dressing
Step 4
In a large bowl, add the kale and dressing and massage with your hands until soft
Step 5
Add your roasted chickpeas, almonds, and avocado
Step 6
Serve with fresh grated parmesan
