Step 1
Wash and peel your potato and cut it in very thin slices.
Step 2
Place the potato slices on a baking tray so they look like a rectangle. Brush the with olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika on top.
Step 3
Bake the potato slices for 30-40min at 200°C.
Step 4
Get the potatoes out of the oven as soon as they’re crispy. Sprinkle salt and cayenne pepper on top. Add on one half cottage cheese, avocado, tomato, salad leave or other toppings of your choice. Now enjoy!
