Almond granola crunch
Homemade granola is fresher and cheaper and the best part is you can customize it to your liking. This granola recipe is my favorite because of the chunky crunchy clusters . You’ve got to try this .

Step 1
Add oats mixed seeds almonds coconut chips salt and cinnamon to a bowl and whisk together ( I buy the salad seed packs as they are so cheap and have sunflower pine nuts and pumpkin seeds )
rolled oats2 cups
mixed seeds½ cup
chopped almonds½ cup
coconut chips½ cup
salt1 pinch
cinnamon1 Tbsp
Step 2
Melt oil date syrup and zest in a pan until simmering then pour over the oats and mix to coat. Flatten into a lined baking dish and bake at 150 c 300 f for 30-35 minutes flipping halfway through

Step 3
Once cooled crease the baking paper from both sides so there should be lovely chunky clusters then add the cranberries and pour into a sterilized airtight jar. Store in a cool place for up to a month. Enjoy
