Instructions

Step 1
Poor oil in big pot and cook beef ans onions for a couple of minutes on medium heat
Step 2
Dissolve beef stock, then pour into pot
Step 3
Stir herbs and spices
Step 4
Let it boil, then bring pot then leave stew to simmer for 1 hour
Step 5
Peel and cut potatoes and sweet potatoes whilst the stew simmers
Step 6
Place the potatoes and sweet potatoes after the stew simmers for one
Step 7
Simmer for an additional hour. Then eat
