Instructions
Step 1
Put flour, curry powder, salt and pepper in a glass square bowl. Pat dry the cod and then add to the bowl. Leave to stand for a couple of minutes

Finally chop garlic and ginger
Step 3
Cook asparagus until tender
Step 4
Fry the cod in 50gr of the butter, remove cod from frying pan when ready (circa 5min)
Step 5
Add rest of butter, garlic, ginger and lime (juice) to the warm frying pan but reduce the heat to low setting.
Step 6
Put your Puy/ French lentils in the microwave and cook according to packet instructions
Step 7
Add lentils in the frying pan let all cook together for 1 min
Step 8
Turn of cooker add pomegranates serve on a plate with the cod on the bed of the lentils
