Instructions
Step 1
Add oil to a large pot and start to brown sausage stirring occasionally.
Step 2
2. Add in chopped shallot, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
3. Add in tomato paste, seasonings, marinara sauce & broth and bring to a boil.
Step 4
4. Once the mixture starts to boil add you crushed noodles and heavy cream.
Step 5
5. Boil for about 10 minutes or until the noodles are cooked to your liking.
Step 6
6. Add in cheese and stir.
Step 7
7. Serve with more cheese and fresh herbs!
