Apple Tart Surprise (Appeltert Verassing)

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F)
Step 2
Combine melted butter, cinnamon, and ¾ of the cookie crumbs.
Step 3
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 20cm tart pan.
Step 4
Beat egg yolks and add condensed milk, lemon juice, and apple puree.
Step 5
Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Step 6
Pour the filling into the prepared tart pan.
Step 7
Sprinkle with the remaining cookie crumbs.
Step 8
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
