Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl whisk masa and salt. Slowly add hot water and stir to combine until dough forms. Knead with your hands for 2-3 minutes until fully cohesive (like play-doh)
Step 2
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes
Step 3
Form into 50g balls
Step 4
Line tortilla press with plastic and press balls out to a 4-5 inch tortilla
Step 5
Cook in a non-stick for 60 seconds per side, and store in tortilla warmer
