Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Trim and remove any dried outer leaves from sprouts and cut in half lengthwise. Place sprouts and any loose leaves on parchment lined sheet pan. Add bacon and garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat and spread in a single layer.
Step 2
Roast for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender and nicely browned, tossing once half way through. Remove from oven and drizzle with the balsamic glaze and toss. Top with pistachios and serve. Serves 6
