Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the drained tuna, sriracha, and lemon juice until well combined.
Step 2
Place the sliced ginger in a small bowl, then add soy sauce, water, and chili flakes. Mix!
Step 3
In a serving bowl, add the heated white rice.
Step 4
Spoon the tuna mixture on top of the rice and arrange the chopped cucumber and ginger sauce over it.
Step 5
Garnish with sesame, scallions and a little extra sriracha if desired.
