Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, pork rinds, eggs, seasonings, and bacon. Continue mixing until well combined.
Step 2
Add about 2/3 of the meat mixture into a glass loaf pan, and form a cavity in the middle.
Step 3
Line the cavity with half of the cheese slices. Top with the remaining meat mixture to cover the cheese.
Step 4
Add the remaining cheese slices on top.
Step 5
Cover with foil and bake at 400°F (204°C) for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes uncovered. Let the meatloaf cool slightly, then slice and serve. Enjoy this amazing carnivore meatloaf!
