You can get decent food in the petrol stations in Ireland but since we don’t all live there let me show you my twist on a firm favorite Jambons . If you are vegetarian use vegetarian bacon or leave it out .

Roll out store puff pastry then divide into 8

Add all the rest of the ingredients to a bowl and mix together reserving a little bit of the beaten egg for the egg wash

Divide the mixture to the center of each pastry then pull all corners together and brush with egg wash . Bake at 200 c 400 f fan setting for 15 minutes or until golden
