Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 fan
Step 2
Slice off top of head of garlic.
Step 3
Place pepper (skin side up), carrots, cauliflower, tomatoes garlic and onion on a baking tray.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil and seasoning. Roast 40-45 mins until all veggies are tender
Step 5
About 10 mins before veggies done prepare the broth
Step 6
Add everything (only add half the garlic cloves) to a blender and blend until smooth
