Ingredients

For the Chicken Bites:
1 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoonsolive oil
2cloves garlic
minced
1 teaspoonpaprika
½ teaspoongarlic powder
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
fresh parsley
for garnish, optional
For the Garlic Parmesan Rice:
Instructions
Cook the Chicken Bites:
Step 1
In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Step 3
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Rice:

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the rice and stir to coat with the garlic butter. Pour in the chicken broth, and bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-18 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
Step 7
Once cooked, stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:

Plate the garlic Parmesan rice and top it with the cooked chicken bites. Garnish with additional Parmesan and parsley for extra flavor.
