Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan 150°C/gas mark
Step 2
Place all of the ingredients in a large, ovenproof baking dish.
Step 3
Mix well, season with salt and pepper and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven, stir and put back into the oven for another 20-25 minutes, until the rice is cooked through. Serve while piping hot.
