500gGreek yogurt
high protein, or cottage cheese, if using cottage cheese 400g

½ cupapple sauce
that is 100% made of apples

1 tablespoonmaple syrup
or more to taste

4 teaspoonsvanilla extract

1 ½ cupsall purpose flour
gluten-free, or oat flour

4 teaspoonsbaking powder

2 teaspoonscinnamon

2apples
diced, if you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, replace the apples with berries of choice

Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix the wet ingredients together
Step 2
2. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine
Step 3
3. Pour into greased glass containers or ramekins. Add 1/2 diced apple per container. Push them into the batter and sprinkle cinnamon on top
Step 4
4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes
Step 5
5. Serve with a little bit of maple syrup, for example!
