Instructions
Step 1
1, put the flour in to the bowl, make a well in it and add the suger and yeast combine.

2, add the oil, and then gradually add the water till completely moist. Cover with a tea towel and set aside to rise for 20 minutes.

3, pre heat oven and prepering the toppings chopping vegetables.

4, in a small bowl, put the tomatoe puree garlic and herbs add a splash of water and mix.

5, once the time is up, devide the dough into 4 and give each a need using extra flour.

6, take the first ball of dough and roll our ( dusting with flour) and put onto a baking tray.

Repeat step 6, 3 more times. Then coat with the tomato puree mix and spread evenly with a sparula.

Add the desired toppings - i like peppers, chicken, peperoni.

Once all 4 personal pizzas are made to your familys preferences, topp with cheese and cooking 2 at a time, cook for 15- 20 minuts ( turn oven temp down to 180 degrees)
