Instructions
Salmon
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment. In center of parchment, arrange lemon slices in an even layer.
Step 2
Season salmon with salt and pepper and place on top of lemon slices.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk garlic, butter, honey, thyme, and oregano until combined. Pour over salmon.
Step 4
Bake salmon until opaque, cooked through, and flesh easily flakes with a fork, about 25 minutes.
Step 5
Heat broiler. Broil salmon, watching closely, until browned in spots, 4 to 6 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer lemons and salmon to a platter. Top with parsley.
Asparagus
Step 7
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
Step 8
Cut the ends off the asparagus and place into a mixing bowl; drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Step 9
Sprinkle with salt, and pepper. Arrange asparagus in a single layer in a baking dish.
Step 10
Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness.
