For the crudités-
Instructions
Step 1
Open the can of chickpeas and drain

Step 2
Put the chickpeas in a food processor and add the ground garlic and yoghurt.




Step 3
Add a few dribbles of water till it blends smooth.


For the vegetables crudités-
Step 4
Peel the carrots and cut into 2" long sticks.




Step 5
Cut the celery into 2" long sticks and cut in to finger with sticks.



Step 6
With the peppers removed the stalk and seeds and any white pith and cut them into 2" long and finger with sticks.




Step 7
Place them nicely on a serving platter and serve with the houmous.
