Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop garlic and onion and add to a large bowl





Step 2
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili powder, curry powder, lemon juice and sugar to the same bowl







Step 3
Boil noodles according to package instructions and drain them



Step 4
Heat avocado oil in a pan and add to the bowl


Step 5
Add noodles to the bowl and mix well
