1 TspBlack Pepper
1 TspGarlic Powder
1 TspOnion Powder
1 TspOregano
1 TspThyme
1 TspPaprika
1 TspChilli Powder
800gchicken breast
cut into halves
1.5cajun seasoning mix
2 tspolive oil
25gbutter
for cooking, grass fed
5garlic cloves
fresh parsley
15gButter
0.5Cajun Seasoning Mix

250mlMilk
150gLight Cream Cheese
40gParmesan
1 cuprice
uncooked
25gbutter
1onion
medium, finely chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken with spice mix and fry or airfry.
Step 2
Saute onions with butter or oil and add garlic in after onion become soft and add in more spice mix
Step 3
Mix in cooked rice and add more spice mix to taste
Step 4
Add fresh parsley
Step 5
To make Cajun sauce, melt butter in pan and add spice mix
Step 6
Then add light cream cheese, milk and Parm cheese and stir until creamy over low heat
Step 7
Serve by putting rice in a bowl, then adding sliced chicken over top and drizzle with creamy Cajun sauce
