Step 1
Sauté diced onion and garlic in non stick pan. Mix with cumin, then add tomato, chicken and chili. Remove from pan and set aside. Pour a little enchilada sauce into pan and soften tortillas in sauce with low heat. Remove and add chicken mixture. Roll up and place in greased baking pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
