3 poundschuck roast
or rump
1 packetonion beef soup

2 tablespoonssteak seasoning

1 tablespoonItalian seasoning

1 poundbaby carrots

2 lbsred potatoes

1yellow onion
large, chopped

1 stalkcelery
chopped

1 teaspoonblack pepper
or to taste

2 teaspoonsgarlic powder

1 teaspoononion powder

2 teaspoonssalt
or more to taste

3 tablespoonswater
cold

3 tablespoonscorn starch
Instructions
Step 1
Mix steak and Italian seasoning and rub it all over the roast. Add roast, potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery. Mix beef onion soup with 2 cups of water and add. Cover on high for 6 hours.
Step 2
Minutes before serving, prepare the gravy. Drain liquid from slow cooker into a medium sauce pan. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
For Gravy, whisk together corn starch and cold water. Add to sauce pan and reduce heat to medium-low. Allow to thicken for 3-5 minutes.
