Instructions

Step 1
샐러리는 세척 후 믹서기에 넣어준다
Step 2
코코넛워터와 파인애플을 모두 넣고 한번에 갈아준다

기호에 따라 꿀을 추가해도 좋지만 최대한 당은 넣지 않는걸 추천

믹서기에 갈아 1회 200~250ml 섭취한다
