Step 1
Cook the buldak noodles according to the packet instructions.
Step 2
Place the cheese powder, chili sauce, egg yolk and mayo in a bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Add approx. 150-200 ml of the pasta water to the sauce and stir again.
Step 4
Now add the pasta and mix everything together.
Step 5
Finally, garnish with the chili oil and spring onions.
