How to make delicious coriander rice -
First , take two hundred fifty grams of rice and clean with fresh water and put it in rice cooker for few whistles , Take a pan , add three table spoons of ghee , now add one biriani leaf and some jeera , once they Fried add finely chopped onion , once they fried , add few carrot blocks and let them fry ,meanwhile in a mixer jar add some garlic pods , piece of ginger , freshly cleaned coriander leaves , 3-4 green chilli amd also add half tea spoon of sugar just for balancing taste , now add this paste to the heat pan now let it cooked for 5 minutes until the raw smell of coriander paste vanishes , now add boiled rice to the pan and add salt , coriander powder , some garam Masala , close pan with lid , wait for two minutes , so rice will grasp Masala so well , now your hot and delicious coriander rice ready.
