Instructions
Step 1
Combine everything in a mixing bowl and mix with a standing mixer on low speed for 5 minutes
Step 2
knead by hand for 5 minutes
Step 3
Place in well oiled bowl and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours
Step 4
Punch dough. Divide dough and roll into balls. Place balls on baking sheet and rest for 15 minutes
Step 5
Shape into bagels then rest again for 15 minutes
Step 6
Place bagels in gently boiling water 3 at a time, sitting for 1 minute on each side
Step 7
Preheat oven to 350
Step 8
Brush bagels with egg wash and sprinkle with bagel seasoning
Step 9
Bake for 20 minutes
