Step 1
Microwave sweet potato for 4 mins , season and drizzle with olive oil, cook in Airfryer for 10-15 mins @190C depending on size.
Step 2
In a bowl add all tuna mix ingredients, season and mix together
Step 3
In another bowl season avocado and mix.
Step 4
Serve sweet potato with avocado mix, tuna mix with some extra jalapeños & chives on top.
