Instructions
Step 1
Wash, dry, and dice chicken into small pieces. Brown with salt and pepper and set aside
Step 2
Soften veggies in garlic
Step 3
Add curry paste and ginger
Step 4
Add broth and coconut milk after 1 minute
Step 5
Add chicken back and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 10 minutes
Step 6
Add fish sauce, brown sugar, cilantro, and rice noodles. Once the rice noodles finish, squeeze the lime in and serve!
