1. Rinse and soak bulgur 15 minutes 2. In large saucepan, 1T EVO over medium high heat. 3. Add lamb with big pinch S&P, allspice. Brown, stirring frequently 5-7 minutes. Transfer to plate.
4. Add tomato paste and water, stir. 5. Add beans and chickpeas, meat, bulgur, cumin another big pinch S&P
6. Bring mixture to boil, then turn to low. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes until cooked through and tender. Garnish with parsley.
