Instructions

Step 1
Slice the meat of selection (800g for myself, can be adjusted to suit personal preference) into bite size.
Step 2
If using non-stick pot, add a teaspoon of oil and fry the meat until their surface turn white.
Step 3
Add kimchi (300g for myself) into the pot.
Step 4
Adds 2L of water and a spoon of gochujang sauce.
Step 5
Close the lid and wait the stew to boil at high heat.
Step 6
Turn the heat to low and let it simmers for about 30 minutes.
