Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 9x13 baking dish

Mix together the hashbrowns, 1 1/2 cups cheddar, sour cream, cream of chicken, melted butter, onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Step 4
Spread the mixture into the 9x13 dish and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar over the top.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Serve hot.
