Instructions
Step 1
Place eggs in a pot and just cover with water
Step 2
Sprinkle a bit of baking soda in the water
Step 3
Bring pot with eggs to a rolling boil
Step 4
Pull pot off heat and cover. Leave for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Immediately run cold water over eggs until eggs are cooled
Step 6
