Instructions
Step 1
Cook sausage links in a medium sized pot, leaving the crispy bits on the bottom and any oil
Step 2
Sear ham chunks in the same pot until slightly cripsy
Step 3
In a small sauce pan, add four soft boiled eggs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar water and mushroom soy sauce. Rotate eggs in sauce on low heat. (For made ahead eggs, soak in same sauce 24hrs before use)
Step 4
Boil noodles in a separate pot as per package directions
Step 5
When the eggs are a nice color, remove from pan and set aside. Take left over sauce and deglaze pan. (If using made ahead eggs, add ingredients together in a bowl or directly into pan)
Step 6
Add maruchan seasoning packets, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, turmeric and cayenne pepper
Step 7
Add water
Step 8
Cook until hot
Step 9
Add broth to bowls, noodles, and toppings
Step 10
Top with chopped chives
