Instructions
Step 1
Drizzle the pumkin with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake the pumpkin in the oven for 40 min at 180°C.
Step 2
Heat the butter, add sage and cook for 1 min per side. Add chili and garlic. Stir in the cream, saffron and nutmeg.
Step 3
Blend the sauce with pumkin.
Step 4
Boil the gnocchi. Then fry until crisp.
Step 5
Serve gnocchi over the sauce with shaved pecorino.

Quickly blend together the ingredients of this cream. Then add over pumkin sauce,beforeplating the fried gnocchi over it.
