INGREDIENTS
▪️2 1/2 cups oats, GF if necessary
▪️1 tsp baking powder
▪️1 tsp cinnamon
▪️3/4 cup milk (180mls)
▪️3 ripe mashed bananas
▪️1/4 cup maple syrup
▪️1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
METHOD
▪️Preheat oven 180c
▪️Mix all the ingredients into a large bowl
▪️Pour into a greased muffin tray or cupcake liners
▪️Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
