Instructions

Step 1
In a food processor, process half the olives and 2 tablespoons of olive brine until chopped coarsely, then transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Add rest of ingredients to food processor, and then process until smooth.
Step 3
Mix chopped olive mix and dressing, adding extra olive brine if necessary. Set aside.
Step 4
Slice peppers as thinly as possible and add to a large bowl.
Step 5
Coarsely chop dill, add to bowl. Crumble feta on top.
Step 6
Add about ⅔ cup dressing, and mix to combine. Add generous amount of fresh ground pepper and serve.
