METHOD
1.Cook the microwave rice and frozen veg in the microwave as per the instructions on the packet. 2.Heat the olive oil in a pan over mediumn heat.
3.Add the turkey mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cook, about 5-7 minutes 4.Push the cooked turkey mince to one side of the pan.
5.Crack the egg into the empty side of the pan and scramble it, stirring occasionally until fully cooked. 6. Mix the scrambled egg into the turkey mince.
7.Add the cooked rice and veg to the pan with the turkey
