Instructions
Step 1
Put 1/4cup butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Throw is uncooked chicken cubes and cover in 2tbsp tumeric, 1tsp oregano, 1tsp basil, salt & pepper to taste. Cook chicken about 10 minutes or so until fully cooked on all sides (do not overcook because it will continue cooking with the veggies)
Step 2
Place onion, bell pepper, squash and sausage in same pan as the chicken, add 2tbsp more butter. Add 3tsp soy sauce, a little more salt pepper and red pepper to taste. Cover and cook about 10mins stirring occasionally.
Throw broccoli into the pan once the squash starts to soften, add one more tbsp soy sauce (on top of broccoli) and continue cooking, covered about 10mins, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Serve on a bed of white or brown rice, or eat it by itself. It is perfect stored as leftovers as well.
