Ingredients

1 Tbsolive oil
3 x 14 ouncecans stewed tomatoes
1 x 14 ouncecan tomato sauce
1 x 10 ouncecan diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 cupwater
2 x 1.25 ouncechili seasoning
packages, such as Mild Chili Seasoning Mix
1 x 14 ouncecan kidney beans
undrained
1 x 14 ouncecan pinto beans
undrained
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
or more to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in large pot over medium high heat. Press meat into oil and form one large patty. Brown for 8-10 minutes.
Step 2
Stir and break down browned beef into crumbles until no pink appears. About 5 minutes
Step 3
Stir celery, onion, and bell peppers into beef and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in stewed romatoes, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with green chilis, and water.

Break apart large chunks of stewed tomatoes

Stir in chili seasoning. Stir in drained canned beans. Seasin with salt and pepper.
Step 8
BTB, then RTS for 1 hour.
Step 9
Stir in white vinegar before serving.
