I’ve been seeing this pasta recipe all over my FYP made by Anna Paul and her mother. It’s delicious and it’s super easy to make.

1 lbground beef

1onion
large, diced

3cloves garlic
minced

1 tablespoonsweet paprika

1 teaspoononion powder

1 teaspoongarlic powder

1 teaspoonblack pepper

1 teaspoonsalt

½ teaspooncurry powder

½ teaspooncumin

Instructions
Step 1
1. Put a pan on medium-high heat. Add in the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes. Next Add in the diced onions, minced garlic and the seasonings. Cook for another 10 minutes until browned.
Step 2
2. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and strain.
Step 3
3. Make the butter sauce— put a small pan on low heat, add in the butter and melt, then Add in the paprika and cook for a couple of minutes and set aside.
Step 4
4. Make the Yogurt Sauce— in a bowl mix together the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
Step 5
5. Dice the tomatoes and chop the parsley.
Step 6
6. Assemble the Pasta Bowl— first the cooked pasta, then the yogurt sauce, followed by the cooked meat. Drizzle a little bit of the butter sauce on top then top it with the tomatoes and parsley. Enjoy!!
