Instructions

Step 1
Mix dry stuff in a bowl

Take like 30g of flour out of the mix
Step 3
Add in water after mixing in sugar and yeast

Knead in bowl
Step 5
Rest for 5 mins
Step 6
Kneed for 5-10 mins or until happy with it
Step 7
Cover in olive oil
Step 8
Let it rise for 1hr near radiator
Step 9
Take out and make into bunch of balls
Step 10
Roll to pitta size with floured roller
Step 11
220 degrees oven for 4 mins either side maybe on hot tray
Step 12
Eat yum yum
