Instructions
Step 1
Cover a baking tray with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Step 2
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 15 tomatoes, chilli flakes and a pinch of salt and pepper into a blender until smooth
Step 3
Break up feta into chunks on baking tray
Step 4
Layer tomatoes sauce on top
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes
Step 6
Add oregano, chilli flakes and salt into water and bring to the boil
Step 7
Add half a packet of rigatoni pasta
Step 8
Cook until suitably soft
