Step 1
1. Add oats and cashews to a food processor and blend into a fine flour consistency.
Step 2
2. Add in dates, jam, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon and salt. Pulse until mixture comes together, should be simile consistency to cookie dough.
Step 3
3. Roll into balls and keep in the fridge. Enjoy for an on the go breakfast or easy snack!
