Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees

In baking dish combine tomatoes, onion, oregano and olives. Drizzle with oil and season

Place feta in centre of tomato mixture and drizzle with remaining oil
Step 4
Bake for 30 min, remove from oven and stir until feta is mixed with other ingredients
Step 5
Bake for another 15 min, remove and lower temp to 180 degrees
Step 6
Make 2 wells and crack an egg into each
Step 7
Bake until egges are set
Step 8
Serve with toast
