2.5 lbsground turkey

2red pepper
large, chopped

2yellow onion
large, chopped

1 x 28 ozcans crushed tomatoes

1 x 28 ozcan tomato sauce

1 x 28 ozcan chopped tomatoes

2 x 15.5 ozcans dark red kidney beans

1 x 15.5 ozcan black beans

4 Tgarlic
chopped

6hot chili peppers
seeded and finely chopped

1 cRed Hot Sauce

4 Tchili powder

2 tcumin

12 ozlager beer
can

2 tapple cider vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
In large 8 Qt pot, add ground turkey and mix in 2 T chili powder. Brown turkey about 10 minutes. Mix in onion and pepper and cook about 10 minutes until softened. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
Step 2
Simmer 1 hour stirring occasionally and spice to taste.
Step 3
Tastes better if made 1 day ahead and allowed to cool. Reheat slowly stirring occasionally to avoid scorching on the bottom.
