Instructions

Step 1

Place chicken in ziplock bag or marinating dish with chicken broth, 1 packet of sazon, 1.5 tablespoons of dry seasoning, and 3 tbsp of sofrito Let sit for at least 2 hours, overnight preferred.

Remove from ziplock and pat dry.
Step 4
Mix one tablespoon of each dry seasoning with one packet of sazon.

Spatchcock chicken. Place in roasting pan uncovered and cook for 45 minutes- 1 hour.
