Beat butter until creamy, add sugars and beat well. Add vanilla and eggs, beat well. Add salt, cinnamon, baking powder and soda.

Add flour and stir well. Add chia, pecans and coconut to mix.
Step 4
Portion 1/2 c dough onto parchmentines sheets and bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
