Ingredients
8 servings
Salad
2 x 3 ounceramen noodles
packages, Oriental Flavor
3 headbok choy
2 bunchesscallions
chopped
3 cupsalmonds
sliced
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Remove seasoning packets from ramen and set noodles aside.
Step 2
Combine seasoning, sugar oil, vinegar and soy sauce in a cruet or bowl.
Step 3
Cover tightly, and shake vigorously or wisk.
Step 4
Slice bok choy intro bite size pieces, including the stems.
Step 5
Combine bok choy, scallions, and almonds in a large bowl.
Step 6
Toss gently with dressing.
Step 7
Add ramen noodles just before serving to keep them from getting soggy.
